What’s for breakfast?
I’m drinking a chocolate coconut banana smoothie.. Heavy on the green.
Make your own:
- 1 cup coconut milk (freshly made, demo video coming soon!)
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 tbsp raw cacao
- 2 tbsp goji berres
- 2 tbsp flax seeds
- 2 tbsp hemp hearts
- A sprinkle of bee pollen
- one big collard green leaf

The pH of your blood is so important that your body works very hard to keep it in a very specific range (because if it doesn’t you die), second to that, your body also works hard to neutralize acids and keep a healthy pH in your organs and tissues as well. It’s a tiresome process in this bagel and Skittle loving world we live in. Fruits and vegetables are very alkalizing, so dousing your insides with a blast of alkaline wonder first thing in the morning is an awesome way to start the day.
The high nutrient content, loaded with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants works to strengthen your immune system and will leave you feeling energized and glowing from the inside out.
